The Line - NEOM
Idea has been a notable contributor to Saudi Arabia’s 2030 vision. The Company’s design for NEOM’s The Line Hidden Marina was chosen to be the first section built by 2030 and was honored at The Venice Biennale 2023. NEOM’s The Line is a cognitive city stretching across 170 kilometers. The mirrored architecture is a massive 500 meters above sea level, and only 200 meters wide.

Olivier Pron, Creative Director at IDEA, discusses NEOM’s The Line in this 45 minute Discovery Channel documentary. Celebrated architects such as Peter Cooke participated, along with Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman.
Bespoke Construction Tools and AR/VR Experiences
IDEA teamed with Cavrnus to provide 3D real-time collaboration technology to enable faster design decisions and quicker turnaround times for architecture, engineering and construction. This allows clients to participate in the design process remotely and present interactive models to stakeholders without any coding. It also allows us to create gaming quality visuals that can be used for marketing purposes. IDEA was part of NEOM’s showcase at Cityscape 2023 where over 100,000 visitors attended.
